Q: Who are your customers?
A: EDDI's clients are primarily manufacturers of branded consumer products and other trademark holders. We also cooperate with law enforcement officials at local, national and international levels.
Our clients are in various industries, and include pharmaceuticals, apparel, fashion accessories, health and beauty aids, food, office supplies, software, computer peripherals, recordings, cosmetics, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and others.
Q: How often are your records updated?
A: EDDI's records are updated daily. We currently have over 190,000 records, around 1,000 of which are updated every week.

to identifying counterfeiters and diverters.

available, in that they incorporate data from over 40 sources,
both public and private.

Unlike some services, we do not rely on "self-reporting"
by the subjects of our reports. Although we have sophisticated
computer-assisted applications, each of our records is reviewed
by experienced human analysts. We do not rely upon fully-automated
"data mining", but upon extremely targeted in-depth research.

Our reports are affordable. Unlike some services, we charge
low flat rates for reports, regardless of the cost of production.
We rely on the fact that our data is so robust, that over time,
our investments will be recaptured. Since our database has been
in existence for more than a decade, this business model has come

A: EDDI, Inc. provides reports only to approved clients. These include legitimate manufacturers or authorized distributors of branded products anywhere in the world so long as the client is the owner or legal licensee of a trademark or patent for such product.
